Cancellation Policy
A valid card is required to book. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled after the shop is closed or without proper notice will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
I do not charge late fees, but please understand:
If you are 45 minutes late, I may take another client.
If this happens or if you arrive after closing time, your appointment is considered canceled and the 20% fee will be charged.
Children
Kids are welcome, but please bring them at your own comfort and discretion. My services are designed for relaxation, so keep in mind the environment should remain calm for all guests.
Food & Atmosphere
Food is welcome.
However, no weed smoke, no smelling like weed, and no loud or disruptive behavior. I have other clients in the building, and I want everyone to enjoy a peaceful experience.
Payments
Exact cash is welcome.
I do not keep cash on site and cannot provide change. Digital and card payments are also accepted.
